As you may or may not know I am your Golden Retriever Breed Health Representative. I was elected into this position by the Golden Retriever Breed Council in May 2009. I have a sub committee of 13, representing all UK Golden Retriever Breed Clubs.
There are several health issues we are looking at and I will keep you posted as we progress. To date I have been collating information on Epilepsy and Ectopic Ureter. Brunos Pack
On 10th July 2010 I had a hectic day, flying back to Newcastle airport from my judging appointment in Gothenburg, and jumping into my car (with Nina, thanks to my friend Annie) and shot off to France.
After 12 hours of driving and a remarkably easy shuttle ride into France, I arrived at Fontaine au Pire and met Bruno with his fantastic houseful of dogs. The following day Nina met Furyo and the deed was done.

Hallands KennelKlubb
Just returned from Judging the International KC show in Gothenburg, where the weather was fabulous and the Spa Hotel was out of this world.
The show was on the 9th and 10th of July 2010, I was as asked to judge last minute as sadly Anne Horan was unable to fulfil her appointment. I had an entry of 72 and found some quality dogs amongst my class winners. The hospitality was second to none and the hotel was fantastic. The weather held up for the two days and was wonderful, I wish I had longer to spend in this lovely area of Sweden.
I had to return early as my Nina was ready for mating and my chosen sire was in France, if you check planned litters to find out more…
